Shipping & Delivery

SYSFOB.COM Shipping & Returns:

Shipped by UPS or Fedx which normally takes 7-12 business days for arrival
All Products shipping fee is calculated during checkout. International orders, shipping cost will calculated after order recived

Shipping & Handling:

Destinations: We ship to virtually any country in the world. Note there are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we will contact you.
Shippping Costs: No free shipping for international Orders.
Shipping Availability Date:
- For items in stock, orders will be available for shipping within 1--2 business days after payment has been cleared.
- For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected product availability date.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.
Shippping Costs: All shipments will be delivered via the shipping method you selected. For air courier, delivery time will generally take from 3 to 5 business days after the shipping date. Total delivery time, including preparing the order for shipping and shipping time, is typically 6 to 8 business days. In some cases, your customs authority may hold your order which may delay the delivery date.

Customs clearance, import duties and VAT

Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.
All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
SYSFOB.COM shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items for store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, within 15 business days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact.
Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or the product cost credited for other store purchases if the buyer reports the problems within 15 business days of delivery.
For all returns, the buyer must contact Customer Services in writing to describe reason for returns.
The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to Customer Services for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited.
The buyer shall also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when SYSFOB.COM returns the replaced items to the buyer.
SYSFOB.COM shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable mean to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.
We'll notify you by email once we've received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within 3 to 5 days of receiving them.

Upon placing an order through the Site, you will automatically begin receiving the sysfob.com email newsletter, based on the Personal Information you have provided, unless you opt-out of receiving such communications. If you request an email newsletter subscription, we will send you an email confirming your request. This confirmation process allows you to unsubscribe if you change your mind and decide not to join the list. Furthermore, the confirmation email will alert you if someone else has entered your email address into our email newsletter subscription list. Sweepstakes Entrants:
From time to time, we may run sweepstakes. If you enter sweepstakes sponsored by us, we employ a double opt-in subscription program. All orders placed over $2000.00 ( USD ) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
